Job description
Position: Finance Processing Manager
Position Type: Full-time, Part-time
Hours: Part-time 20h / week, Full-time 40h /week
Salary: F/T $37.40/hour, P/T $26.20/hr
ABOUT COMPANY:
Aero Comp Consultant is a rapidly growing logistics company that specializes in freight management and transportation solutions. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Finance Processing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight payment processing and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review and audit freight bills for accuracy and completeness
• Verify rates, assess fees, and ensure timely payment of invoices
• Maintain accurate records of payment processing and documentation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and customers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other departments
QUALIFICATIONS(Entry level):
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines
